System Identification
To identify your system, please do the following:

Prepare a document file that will be sent to us, e.g., “MyProblem.docx”.

Power up the Autotuner from a 24 V DC power supply. Make sure that the power supply can deliver sufficient current (as specified in your Homer datasheet). You do not need microwave power for system identification.

Start HomSoft (run, e.g., Tu_rs.exe). Copy any error messages to MyProblem.docx.

Click the Help|About menu item. Make a printscreen of the About window to clipboard (Win+Shift+S).

Paste the clipboard to MyProblem.docx (see the example in Fig. 67).
